Jim Ann's started with a simple idea: what if a café could be just as good at midnight as it is at 7 a.m.? We built this space for the people of Lufkin who want a single spot to grab their morning coffee, work through the afternoon, and unwind with a well-made drink when the sun goes down.

Every espresso is pulled by hand. Every cocktail is shaken or stirred to order. The food is straightforward — honest flavors, nothing fussy. Our regulars know us for remembering their order, and we mean it.
